Server Administration
Your UNIX-based server (Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris) could quite potentially be the lifeblood of your organization. However, if you don't have the in-house skills to fully utilize it, your server becomes a point of stress and exhaustion. Whether you need ongoing support or just the occasional "surgery" to keep things going, we can help.

• Rates (effective June 1st, 2008):
  Rather than charging discounted rates on a per-incident basis, we provide discounts over the course of an entire year!:
  • First 3 hours: $100/hour
  • Over 3 hours: $75/hour
  • Over 6 hours: $50/hour

So this means that for the first 3 hours of work we do for you in a year will cost you $300. If, in the same 12 months, we do any additional work for you, we will charge $75/hour. If we end up doing 6 or more hours during a 12 month period, we will charge $50/hour.

This is one of the smaller aspects of our offerings as we often are helping our customers setup their hosting services -- we try not to compete with our customers.
